As I’m always reminded, writing, in any form, has always been a passion of mine and I have to learn how to adapt and appreciate the fact that God has gifted me the ability to tackle my art form in various angles.

This week is going to be an “alley-oop” for the following weeks to come. Again, I can’t get into the full details of it, but I can say that I’ll be working with some friends on two projects. But I’m not going to get too much into it but I have do have some faith in these endeavors. Now, on to new news.
Something happened and the blog didn’t post when it was supposed to. Anyway, the rough draft of Dimension: Heroes & Villain is nearing completion and it’s good timing since I need to help my best mate out with his project for his indie production company. My goodness, it’s hard to keep a secret. That and deal with rude people. And, while we’re on the subject on that matter.
I am soooo tired from my first week of the third shift workforce. Working from 10 at night to 6 in the morning is really the tiring part if you could believe it. Nope, it’s the 45 minutes back and forth between the initial bus stop…IN THE BLOODY SNOW!!! I HATE SNOW!!! I mean it’s nice to look at, but I despise interacting with it. God, I can’t wait for Spring to get here.
This week has been a bit of an oxymoron. Not only has it been relaxing, but also productive. It’s starting to become my drum’s usual beat and I’m actually okay with that…for now. Still, doesn’t mean I don’t have good news to share with the lot of you.
This week was pretty relaxed for me. Well, somewhat relaxed, I mean I did have to work on my books and wait for my background check to clear. So, yeah, just a normal week, right? Wrong…so wrong. I mean, seriously, you and I both know that life is never that simple.
So, starting Thursday, I’m going to be reviewing books that I’ve read and games that I have played. Why? Because I’m apart of two separate challenges that involve my participation, so I might as well keep you up-to-date with my progress. Both challenges are so much fun to be apart of and I implore you to take advantage of it when you get the chance.
While waiting for my background check to through on two jobs (which, let’s face it, I got the job), I got great news from my buddies at Bowlcut Studios. For four months, I have watched them advertise and promote their debut game MageQuit at various conventions garnering positive to rave “critical” acclaim from first time players.
Final Fantasy XIII. Final Mark, Vercingetorix. Why am I saying this dreadfully powerful monster from Final Fantasy XIII? Because has one of the most powerful moves in the game, Wicked Whirl, and it’s the best way to describe my week. I mean it, seriously, it was a drastic one.
This week has been incredibly slow due to me looking for a job, waiting for an interview call while working through the last Heroes story for my Dimensions series. Winter is always a slow season for merchandiser because clients don’t need the assistance of us…at least, not until the spring. So, I have to look for an additional job. This is something I’m kinda not used to because I like having one job which won’t be the case when spring rolls around thus making it a little harder to manage my writing schedule. Something I’m just going to have to work through, I guess.
